I am so impressed with this company! Have never before had a window company back twice but will now - but only this one - 'shining Windows'!! Previous companies may have been a little cheaper but were here and gone in sometimes only 5 minutes and I could hardly tell any difference. I decided to give this company a go as our son was getting married so with a house full of guests for the weekend thought clean windows a must. But by mistake I booked the wrong day. I rang the office just to see if there was any chance of them coming the very next day - unfortunately they were fully booked. But a few minutes later I got a call back - I was delighted to be told that Matt felt it was important to try and help and offered to come early evening after he had completed that days jobs. Amazing!! So after a long full day of window cleaning and on a Friday evening to boot he and his colleague arrived -not a sign of being weary or put upon - they were as cheery and jovial as can be and most importantly did the most thorough and transforming job ever! The name 'Shining Windows' is totally apt and deserved as that is what I got -but it's not just the windows that shine - it's all the surrounds and sills - even my front door step had a deep clean. I will only use them in future. Thanks so much for coming out of hours at such short notice and for doing such a wonderful job.

Overall service was good and they were very present to interact with. Originally booked a one off clean but expect I�ll be getting something more regularly. Did have some issues with scheduling due to weather. Originally this was frustrating as I kept having to confirm that I wanted to rebook after a cancellation. On the day I got a call before hand to confirm they were on their way. Introductions and they got to work. Lovely results at the end However I fed this back and this was taken onboard and I was automatically rebooked going forward. Which I appreciated.

I've done today my window cleaning and conservatory. I was really impressed with their work. They are not typically those services that they just want to do the job rather they are doing the job with quality, Even it takes few hours for them to do it as long as they will provide a good quality work. Mr. Mathew also is a soft spoken person and approachable. He adviced me regarding my gutter issue that needs to be fix. I will highly recommend them. Thank you I can see now clearly the view of the sky in my conservatory�

We had been looking for a reliable window cleaner for some time and decided on Shining Windows. Contacted Cass on the phone with a couple of queries which she was able to answer straight away. Booking an appointment and paying online was easy. We are delighted with the professional, friendly service carried out by Matt. We now have 'shiny, clean windows'. Can definitely recommend Shining Window Cleaners Ltd.

Matthew done an amazing job, a few initial hiccups due to bad weather so needed to reschedule but not anything anyone can do about that. Really friendly, professional service, couldn't do enough, all inside and outside windows cleaned and gutters cleaned and washed. As a nice little bonus out service boxes (gas/elec) very moss covered, which he done an excellent job cleaning. Definitely use again in the future.

Shining Windows are a totally professional company and their work ethic is first class. We have a very difficult house to clean and the windows have never been cleaner, its been a while since they were last done and look brand new, it's genuinely surprising. They're brilliant at communication, polite, punctual and give a brilliant all round service.

It was very very important for Matt to be on time. He arrived early, and knew exactly how to manage his time, he was finished and ready to go before I knew it. I'm very concerned about what will make me happy, but this certianly did the job at a time of most importance. Thank you very very much.

Just wanted to thank Matthew and Cass for their service Cass was great chatting to on phone and Matthews service was great. Will be using them again in the new house. I am a new customer and was going to be a one off now he has a new permanent customer. If your looking for a window Cleaner in Milton Keynes Try Cass and Matthew @ Shining Windows Their prices are very cheap I tried 3 other companies before I found Matthew and the other companies i tried were expensive and quoted �50.00 for one bed flat and not as friendly from start to finish. Shining windows completed the work for �17.50.

Called this 1st rate business to see if they could fit me in last minute for the following day, not knowing they were in Northampton and I was looking for someone in Southampton. To their credit they did advise a rough price guide of what I should be expecting to pay and if it was less than that the job might not be that great a finish and advised the water treatment. If I lived in their area of work I would use just on their honesty and the other review. I have found someone in Southampton now and thanks to these guys know I will have a good job. Thanks

We had a gutter clean & conservatory roof clean done yesterday - very impressed from start to finish, website was simple to navigate, I love the online bookings and the time slots allocated, two of the most polite workmen arrived and set to work - nothing was too much trouble and they explained what they would do and did exactly that - several years of silt, moss and even a couple of sods of turf came out of our gutters

Really happy with the quality of service, literally turned my green cladding into pristine and clean white. The pressure washing service for my driveway and patio was amazing, the equipment is superb and looks expensive, results are even better. Treatment was optional but really made a bug difference, and will last longer before regrowth, highly recommended service, polite staff and fantastic booking system online.

Matthew came to do our windows today and he did a cracking, professional job. He is unfailingly polite and helpful and deserves all the support his customers can give him. This was by far the friendliest cleaning crew I have ever dealt with. Very professional and made themselves available last minute so that I could have a professionally cleaned house before out of town family arrived. I am going to continue to use them and already made my next appointment.
