Schedule your pre-paid Hot Tub Clean - Gold Valet, our most popular service and the essential standard for a truly hygienic spa.
This is the service that addresses both visible dirt and invisible health risks. It includes everything from our Silver Valet, plus the critical Biofilm System Flush:
A specialist purge solution is circulated through all plumbing.
This dissolves and expels hidden biofilm, bacteria, and "gunk".
Full drain, wet-vac, and shell detailing.
Filter(s) deep-cleaned.
Fresh refill and chemical balance.
This is the recommended annual service to protect your asset and your family's health.
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Booking
For residential clients, all services must be paid for in full and in advance to confirm a booking.
Your payment is your legal "acceptance" of our Quote and all our terms.
2. Your 14-Day "Cooling-Off" Right
You have a 14-day right to cancel.
Booking a service date that falls within this 14-day period is your "express request" for the service to begin early.
If the service is fully completed within this period at your request, your right to cancel (and receive a refund) is lost.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Your Cancellation: You must provide a minimum of seventy two (72) hours' written notice to postpone or cancel. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the full Service Price.
Our Postponement: We may be forced to postpone a service due to a Force Majeure event or operational realities. This includes, but is not limited to: adverse weather , proprietor illness , critical equipment failure , or foreseeable delays like traffic.
This is a postponement, not a cancellation, and does not provide grounds for a refund. We will reschedule for the next available date.
Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds, discounts, or credit notes for service dissatisfaction. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any validated service issue is a "Right to Rectify". This requires you to report any concern in writing with clear, dated photographic evidence , allowing us to arrange a single return visit to re-clean the specific areas.
4. Your Obligations (Access & Safety)
You have a "Non-Negotiable Duty" to provide a safe working environment.
You must provide clear, unobstructed access. For interior work, you must be present and ensure all sills and work areas are clear.
If we are prevented from completing the service due to your breach of obligation (e.g., locked gate, unsafe site, unprepared interior) , the full Service Price shall become immediately due and payable.
