Awaab's Law triggers
DT
Awaab's Law Triggers are the conditions — principally damp and mould hazards in housing — that, under the UK's Awaab's Law, legally compel a landlord to investigate and remediate within fixed timescales. In the ATH framework they convert biological diagnosis (F-Code fungal/mould loading, high time-of-wetness) into a compliance obligation and a quantified market: UK council and housing-association procurement to address damp, mould and stock condition has reached the order of £4.6 billion. The triggers are where the science meets statutory duty and commercial demand.
