Digital twins
DT
Imagine a living digital model of a building that always reflects its current condition — its materials, its microclimate, its history of cleans. That is a digital twin, and it lets maintenance be planned and predicted rather than reactive. It is where our structured data on a property is ultimately heading: care that anticipates problems before they show.
A digital twin is a continuously-updated virtual model of a physical asset, fed by sensor and inspection data so that its condition can be monitored, simulated and predicted. In the ATH framework the territory and building records, Z-Code microclimate, SVI and ACG grade form the data layer of a stewardship digital twin — enabling predictive maintenance scheduling, asset-condition monitoring and, ultimately, autonomous procurement, and dovetailing with the Building Safety Act's Golden Thread of structured asset data.
