Therefore, we use secure, external, and intelligent forms (powered by tools like Airtable) for our 'Headspace' data capture. When you reach out to us, you are not just filling a box. This qualitative data—your why—is far too valuable to be lost in a generic platform inbox.
2. The 'Digital Twin': Our MasterPropertyRecord CMS
This is the core of our solution. The data we collect—both your 'Headspace' data and our '3-Pillar' (Met, OS, BGS) analysis —cannot live on a public-facing web server. It must live in our own fortress.
We have built our own proprietary, internal CMS, which we call the MasterPropertyRecord.
This is the "digital twin" of your property. It is the true institutional memory that companies like CUBIX lacked. For each client, this MasterPropertyRecord is a secure, internal "Monad" that contains:
Your Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN).
All fused '3-Pillar' data (Met, OS, BGS) specific to your asset.
All 'Headspace' data from our initial consultation.
A complete log of all services performed, all "Home Resilience Reports" issued, and all communications.
This is the operational "brain" of our entire business. Our public website is merely the "storefront."
