• Patio Type: The first step in our assessment. We use different pressures and techniques for porous Sandstone (which can be damaged by aggressive pressure) versus robust Concrete Slabs.

• Condition: The level of soiling (Light to Heavy) dictates the time and intensity required to achieve a full restoration.

Specialist Options (Our E-A-T "Moat"):

• Block Paving Re-Sanding: If you have block paving, this is a critical asset protection step. The pressure washing process removes the old, contaminated sand that locks the blocks together. We return after the patio is dry to sweep in new, kiln-dried sand, which re-stabilises the entire structure and prevents weeds from taking root.

• Biocidal Treatment: The pressure wash provides the "deep clean." This optional treatment is the "long-term protection." It kills the organic spores at their root, preventing the rapid regrowth of algae and keeping your asset cleaner for longer.
