Window Cleaning Service

Our window cleaning service uses purified water, applied through a water-fed pole from ground level. Frames, glazing and seals cleaned every visit — not just the panes.

What a Standard Service Includes

- The glass — outside only, or inside and out, depending on the package you choose

- The frames, washed properly rather than wiped around

- The sills

- The rubber seals and gaskets

- Standard service does not include algae or mould treatment

That is the basic service. Anything beyond it — algae and mould removal, conservatory sides, Velux, bi-folds — is an option you add below, priced separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

The Water

Mains water here runs around 300 parts per million of dissolved minerals. Ours reads 000 on the meter at the pole.

It gets there through a three-stage pre-filter for sediment and carbon, a 4040 reverse osmosis membrane, and a mixed-bed deionising resin. There is an inline TDS meter before the resin and another after it, plus a handheld meter checked on site.

That matters because water with nothing dissolved in it dries without spotting and leaves no soap film behind. Nothing for dirt to stick to, so the glass stays clear longer between visits.

Reach

Ground-based to 50ft working height — four to five storeys. We reach glass above conservatories and extensions that ladder access cannot get to.

Building Your Price

Use the options on the right to build your price: choose external only or a full valet inside and out, tell us your property size from 1 to 3 bedrooms up to 6+, pick a standard clean or a deep clean where algae or mould has taken hold, then add conservatory side glazing, Velux (external, internal or both, up to ten) and bifold or patio doors (up to ten panels) if you need them.
