This project involved the long-term maintenance of a large-scale photovoltaic array situated on an agricultural grain store in Rural Milton Keynes. The environment was technically hostile: high levels of organic dust from harvesting operations created a "cementing" effect on the panels. To resolve the access issue, we collaborated with the farm's logistics team, utilizing a "Multi-Tool" Telehandler (Manitou) fitted with a man-rated safety cage. This allowed us to elevate the operator to the roofline. However, the sheer size of the array meant we still required 50ft of reach. Operating a 50ft carbon fibre pole in a near-horizontal plane creates immense mechanical torque, requiring exceptional physical capability and "High Modulus" equipment to prevent the pole from bowing under its own weight.

This project involved the forensic restoration of a high-specification porcelain patio within the Milton Keynes A5 Corridor. The surface, though non-porous, had developed a dangerous "bio-film" matrix due to atmospheric particulate deposition and organic carbon fall-out from adjacent trees. The critical constraint was the "Oxford Clay" substrate, which necessitates the use of Flexible Resin Bonding to accommodate ground heave. To avoid displacing this delicate jointing, we employed a "High Flow, Low Pressure" protocol combined with a chemical softwash treatment. This approach restored the tile's vitrified texture and safety rating without the use of destructive mechanical force.

This project required a forensic approach to timber restoration. The property's silverwood cladding had suffered from 6-10 years of organic ingress, resulting in heavy black mold and algae colonization. Using a manual soft wash injection system, we treated the timber without high pressure, ensuring the wood fibers remained intact. The process involved a multi-stage chemical application to "bleed out" deep-seated organic matter, followed by a precise application of Osmo oil to seal the restored surface against the humid Bedfordshire climate.

This project in Loughton, Milton Keynes, involved the delicate restoration of an Indian Stone patio. Located in a clay-heavy Argillaceous Zone, the stone suffered from heavy lichen adhesion. Our team employed a multi-stage protocol, utilizing "Clean Blue" surfactants to dissolve organic matter before a precision rinse. We specifically avoided steam to prevent thermal damage, ensuring a "brand new" finish while protecting the "minute" lower garden and its decorative centerpiece tree from chemical residue.
