  • What happens when it is raining or the weather mean a service can't be completed safely?
    We endeavour to complete all services as promptly as we can, however there are various factors that result in a service not being completed on time. When we are not able to complete a service, we communicate with a client and let them know, we send out an email informing clients and giving them an easy option to rebook their appointment online, by email or by giving us a call to discuss a new date that's convenient for both our current schedule and the clients schedule.

    To effectively communicate with a client, informing them of any changes to their service. Our booking system sends out automated confirmations when a booking is made, our store and shop online sends our automated emails and receipts. We answer the telephone when applicable and safe to do communicate, when on client grounds or working in the office.

    We are very transparent about any additional fees or costs through our online shopping experience, listing all prices when and where required, similar to all other online shopping experiences.
