This service is limited to normal size housing i.e 1 - 6 bedroom properties with an expected amount of glazing, the clients is to ensure that we have enough time during day light hours to complete the service.
This purchase is limited to being provided should a clear payment be made before the hours of 13:00, all services after 13:01 will be completed the following day.
This is not a night-time service, this service operates during the extended business hour of 06:00 to 20:00 Mon - Friday, for weekend service please ensure to contact us before making a purchase.
This service is only accepted by Shining Windows in workable and safe conditions, please ensure that the weather, property conditions and service expectations can be met before making a purchase.

Cancellations
In accordance with consumer rights when cancelling a service or subscription:
To cancel your subscription please email us, or log in to your banking app to manage your reccuring card payments/subscriptions. (usually a subscription will be cancelled 14 days after your previous payment date)
To cancel a one off clean or service we require 14 days notice from the date of your purchase, unless you book your appointment for the service to be completed within the 14 days from your purchase date.
