A client requested a refund after light rain occurred two hours post-clean, claiming “the windows were dirty again.” Our forensic response included timestamped completion photos, Met Office precipitation logs, and a hydrophilic surface report showing no spotting. The review was marked as disputed and linked to compliance documentation.
