Asset Condition Grade (ACG) framework
DT
Just as a survey grades a building's structure, we grade the condition of its exterior surfaces — turning a vague 'it looks a bit dirty' into a clear, measured score. The Asset Condition Grade is that standardised rating, drawn from the organisms, materials and exposure at play, so decisions about when and how to act rest on evidence rather than opinion.
The Asset Condition Grade (ACG) framework is the ATH diagnostic schema that translates ecological state into a standardised, machine-readable grade for an asset — the bridge between the biological/material science and autonomous procurement. It draws on the full Codex apparatus (the M-Code material archetypes, the seven biological code books, the SVI mathematics and the Michaelis-Menten degradation kinetics) to score condition and trigger intervention, so that a building's deterioration becomes a quantified grade a digital twin or a procurement agent can act on rather than a subjective opinion.
