Golden Thread Data is that authoritative record — in our case, the live link between the building science and the real operational data for a property, kept current so decisions always rest on what is actually true of the place today.
Golden Thread Data is the continuous, structured, accurate digital record of a building's safety and condition information mandated by the Building Safety Act 2022. In the Shining Windows application it is operationalised as the Forensic Data Architecture / CMS ingestion matrix — mapping commercial and industrial hubs across Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire to their Z-Codes and P-Code interventions, holding the CMS field schema and the COSMOS pricing kernel. It is the practical bridge between the ATH science and the live business data, kept current as the asset's authoritative record.
