P-Code Architecture is the structured ladder of Sovereign Protocols — the deterministic, non-destructive intervention algorithms the Scholar-Technician executes. Each P-Code is matched by the COSMOS engine to the diagnosed organism, substrate and condition, and is mathematically verified to reduce Chronostructural Drag — turning treatment selection into a rule-based, auditable, smart-contract-triggerable system.
