What is Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning (WFP)?

Water fed pole window cleaning is a specialist cleaning system that allows safe access to high‑level windows from the ground. The pole delivers pure water, filtered to remove all impurities, meaning no detergent is required. Because there is no residue left behind, windows stay cleaner for longer — often one to two weeks more than detergent‑based methods.

Are the poles safe?

Yes. Water fed pole window cleaning is significantly safer than climbing ladders. Pole height depends on the material: we use carbon fibre and fibreglass technology, reaching up to fifty feet and beyond. For heights up to sixty feet, we use high‑modulus carbon fibre poles — lighter, stronger and more stable.

Do they save customers money?

Absolutely. Working from the ground reduces time, risk and insurance overheads. This efficiency allows us to offer fixed domestic prices online, with no hidden extras.

Do you only clean the outside windows?

No. We also clean internal windows, conservatories, UPVC, gutters and more — all bookable online.

Is the water fed pole windw cleaning eco‑friendly?

Yes. Pure water cleaning removes the need for detergents or chemicals, preventing runoff into soil and drainage systems.

So why no detergent?

Pure water contains no minerals or impurities, making it a natural cleaning agent. With no chemical residue left behind, windows dry crystal‑clear with no smears or spotting.

Why do you have set prices online?

We believe in transparency. A four‑bedroom home should cost the same whether it has one extra window or three fewer. Fixed pricing builds trust and consistency.

My frames still look dirty after the first clean!

Some UPVC units need one or two cleans to remove years of built‑up residue. If anything is missed, we re‑attend and re‑clean free of charge.

Do you offer traditional window cleaning?

Yes — where safe and appropriate. We avoid unnecessary ladder use due to modern working‑at‑height regulations.

Do you clean residential and commercial properties?

Yes. We serve homes, businesses and commercial premises across Milton Keynes, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Why are my windows left wet?

Pure water dries naturally without leaving marks. Wiping the glass would reintroduce contaminants and spoil the finish.

What’s wrong with climbing a ladder?

Ladders are still useful in certain situations, but regulations since 2005 have made high‑level ladder work more restricted. Insurance premiums also increase when ladders are used. Water fed poles eliminate these issues entirely.

Do you work in the rain?

Yes — light to moderate rain does not affect results. We avoid dangerous weather such as storms or high winds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through our secure e‑commerce checkout for all card transactions. For customers who prefer bank transfer, we issue a digital invoice upon request. Cash payments are available by prior agreement only. All services are paid in advance, ensuring a smooth and confirmed booking every time.

Will anyone be looking through my windows?

No. Water fed poles allow cleaning from the ground, protecting your privacy at all times.

We don’t need scaffolding to have the windows cleaned?

Do I need scaffolding?

Not with water fed pole window cleaning. Even three‑ and four‑storey buildings can be cleaned safely without scaffolding.

Can you clean windows above my conservatory?

Yes. Most conservatories are designed with cleaning access in mind. Our poles reach over roofs, extensions and pool enclosures.

Will you come at the same time every month?

Yes, we will endeavour to honour appointments with our customers. Our service is managed on our own database management system, we keep a record of everything. Including an automatic service cycle, we offer a unique service where our customers can book a service at a frequency that they choose. You simply choose a date and time using our online calendar
